Gem clear topaz with an extremely faint sherry colored hue. The stone is facet grade, but cleaved on the rear.

This is an old specimen from Mashamba West. Several sharp octahedrons of cuprite occur in a vug lined with pale green chrysocolla.

An interesting two-tone smithsonite from one of the species' most desirable localities. The base layer is a blue-grey which is coated by a second generation of more greenish and larger botryoidal masses.

A bi-color fluorite cube with a pale turquoise center and well defined purple picture frame zones. The fluorite sits on a matrix of quartz druse and tiny muscovite balls.

Group of complexly crystallised mimetites yeilding an almost drusy look. A few wulfenite crystals with nearly the exact same color are camouflaged in amongst the mimetites.

ML00664 - Azurite

This lustrous blue azurite has labels naming Berg Aukas as the locality, however I am inclined to say it is more likely from Tsumeb. Some of the thinner crystals are extremely translucent.

ML00665 - Axinite (Fe) & Schorl

Numerous small skarn deposits are known in southern Peru. Many of them are unimpressive but a few have quite interesting geology. This axinite specimen came from a small lot of minerals that was purchased in Lima nearly 20 years ago.
